Copeland Search Marketing Team

Copeland Search Marketing was founded in 2009 with the desire to provide top-notch search marketing services, especially SEO, PPC, and Social Media, to small and medium-sized businesses across the region. Our combination of advertising and online marketing skills make us particularly well suited to assist businesses in making the transition from traditional forms of advertising to online marketing.

Scott Copeland, President, retired from AT&T Advertising Solutions after 26 years with the country’s largest publisher of print and online yellow pages. The last 10 years, Scott served as the Key Account Representative working closely with the largest advertisers in the state of Arkansas. During his time with AT&T, Scott witnessed the evolution of online media including the importance of Search Engine Marketing integration by small to medium-sized businesses. His understanding of traditional advertising channels makes him particularly good at advising businesses in making the transition to internet marketing.

Mike Mueller, Partner, is a Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), and Social Media Marketing “specialist” (although he uses that word with hesitation). Mike was a Search Engine Marketing Manager for AT&T Advertising Solutions where he monitored PPC accounts as well trained the state’s sales force in search engine-related products and strategies. He also has extensive experience in website development, project management, and website usability issues. Previously, Mike worked as an educator and holds a M.Ed. Mike’s blog, Searching Local, covers local search and online business marketing topics.
